Ms. Rose-Norfleet serves as the Faculty Development and Continuing Interprofessional Development Program Manager with the Department of Medical Education at Maine Medical Center. She received her B.S. in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and her MPH from the University of New England. Ms. Rose-Norfleet’s general research and academic interests are in Population Health, Wellness in Teaching and Faculty Development in Medical Education. She conducted her capstone project in Occupational Health of Us Army Helicopter Pilots with the US Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory at Fort Rucker Alabama prior to starting her work with Maine Medical Center. Currently, Ms. Rose-Norfleet is a doctoral candidate in Education Leadership at the University of New England and lives in Portland with her husband, three children, one cat, six chickens, and 3000 honey bees.
