Deborah Ann Hoch  DNP, ACNP-BC completed her Masters of Science degree/Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care at Columbia University 1997 and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2010. Prior to joining the Maine Transplant Program, she worked on a flight trauma team and worked as a paramedic with her local ambulance in the NY metro area. Her career has focused on critical and acute care, and she has a passion for teaching and mentoring residents, APPs, and nurses.  Debbie serves as a mentor for the American Society of Transplant Surgeons for APPs and is a guest lecturer at USM. Her academic interests include provider wellness, multidisciplinary education development, and employee wellness. Debbie lives in Kennebunk with her husband.
