Faculty members are invited to participate in an 8-hour program which will be conducted at Maine Medical Center; four, 2-hour late afternoon or early evening sessions are held over a 4-week period using a meta-cognitive framework. The course focuses on 3 major themes related to situational awareness while teaching (Self-awareness, Flow, and Observing).

To increase skill of reflection in action
